I'm officially the President(2026-2027) of the Academy of Medicine of Queens County/Medical Society of the County of Queens. As we move forward our focus will be crystal clear: * First, we will grow our membership by actively engaging students, residents, fellows, young doctors and international physicians—injecting new, diverse energy into the fabric of this society. * Second, we will build powerful partnerships with hospital systems, academic institutions, and local community organizations to expand our reach and collective impact. * Third, we will create meaningful academic and community programs that provide real, tangible value to our members and the neighborhoods we serve. And most importantly—we will master retention. Many thanks to my predecessor, Dr. Erik Blutinger, as well as all past presidents and members, for their trust.
